The Maxwell Living Legacy Society honors those who share our commitment to providing help to children and families who need it most.
Planned gifts may be in several forms but not limited to, including wills, revocable living trusts, life insurance policies, trusts, gift annuities, retained life estates and retirement plan assets. Once the Development Team receives written notice of a planned gift commitment, the donor automatically becomes a member of the Maxwell Living Legacy Society and receives continuing recognition as a member of the society.
As a member of the Maxwell Living Legacy Society, you’ll have access to special events and teleconferences. You’ll also receive updates on our programs through the KindHearted newsletter and our annual Executive Director’s Insider Letter.
