Ways to Work
Ways to Work is designed to help individuals move toward financial stability and advance career opportunities. Our loans are based on the character of the applicant and the affordability of the payment. Applicants must meet eligibility guidelines.
Financial Opportunity Center
Our Financial Opportunity Center offers free coaching services in the areas of Employment, Financial, and Benefits Access. Our goal is to help families improve their every day life.
Career Coaching
Our one-on-one Career Coaching services strive to meet you exactly where you are with your current employment needs. Together, we will develop an individualized plan so that you can succeed in your career goals and beyond.
Community Resource Navigators
Community Resource Navigators provides free guidance to help Richmond residents access programs and services to manage income disruptions and other concerns.
Workforce Development
Using the Bridges Out of Poverty framework and similar initiatives, HumanKind helps under-resourced job seekers or those with barriers to employment with life and career development skills.
