HumanKind’s Early Childhood Development Team provides the full continuum of services for children from birth to 12-years old, their parents and professionals.  We are a one-stop resource for providers seeking parenting support, child care, preschool, after-school, and summer camp opportunities. By working together, our team ensures that early childhood professionals are effective educators, parents provide safe and nurturing environments, and children are prepared for a lifetime of success.

HumanKind is thrilled to announce the acquisition of The Motherhood Collective® effective 1/1/19. In a joint effort to increase our collective community impact this partnership will grant both organizations greater opportunities to educate, equip and empower individuals and families in Virginia and beyond.

On January 1, 2019 The Motherhood Collective® will take up residence in Dewitt Cottage on the historic Presbyterian Homes campus. Their eight educational and support programs will move “home” aside from their ICN Support Group, which will remain at Centra VBH.
