Since 2003, Bob has led HumanKind’s transformation, creating collaborations, building capacity and expanding services.. He has developed a culture of employee engagement and adaptive leadership, delivering excellent and relevant services that meet constantly changing human service needs. Bob collaboratively led the acquisition and assimilation of The Family Alliance. Before coming to HumanKind, he served as President and CEO of Credential America, as a Market Manager for HCA, Richmond and as an Administrator of West End Orthopedic Clinic.

Personal: Married with three sons, Bob enjoys reading, writing, cooking, traveling, biking, swimming and running.
