Registration opens on August 1, 2022

Save the date for the Lynchburg Turkey Trot presented by Scott Insurance this Thanksgiving! Participate virtually from anywhere or join us in person on Thanksgiving morning in Lynchburg.

We continue to focus on building Resilience – this concept we can’t shake and it is so needed in our lives. Both in our community helping families get back on their feet and for the Lynchburg Turkey Trot tradition. We are hard at work making plans to offer BOTH the virtual option for folks traveling and still hold a great race on Thanksgiving morning in Lynchburg. It’s more than just a tradition for us — and we could not do it without you. Thank you!

Families are continuing to struggle – striving to keep moving forward and get back on their feet. Every Thanksgiving is important to remind families in our community that they are not alone.

We are stronger when we work together for the betterment of all.

We are looking for volunteers for race preparation, packet pick up, and RACE DAY! Volunteers get a commemorative long-sleeve shirt, snacks, and an experience they won’t forget. Great way for a group to get volunteer hours together!
